With 12 film extrusion lines and a production capacity of 12,000 tons/year we cover a diverse range of applications. All our films are bilayer or 3-layer coextrusion films. And we can manufacture from a width of 200 mm to 1400 mm, and from 7.5 mic to 150 mic.
The food industry
Only with the most advanced and innovative film coextrusion technology, and with the best and most modern polymers, can we manufacture today LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE film able to satisfy the industrial quality requirements of technical flexible packaging. Complex lamination processes to form multilayer films with BOPP, CPP, PA, PET, etc. require maximum performance in three main variables:
Regular, accurate and stable profile. Gravimetric controls and perimeter scanners for constant adjustment of air flow ensure a flat film capable of optimal performance in laminators.
Our LDPE and LLDPE sheet as a weldable layer of these complexes ensures maximum safety in the increasingly rapid processes of automatic packaging. Wet environments, powders and liquids are no hindrance to ensuring perfectly sealed welds. Our different formulations guarantee the best functionality for each type of packaging, guaranteeing a perfect seal under all conditions.
The Flow-pack type automatic packaging processes also require controlled friction coefficients, certainty in the sealing starting temperature and maximum resistance of the film to the sealing area during hot tack testing. Only well-defined formulations can ensure these parameters on a coextruded sheet.

We effectively satisfy the demand for a large number of sizes and special formats for handlers who offer customised solutions for industry and agriculture. Microperforated plastics, Macroperforated plastics, special windings, antistatic, antiUV, slip-resistant, flame retardants, etc. are continuously manufactured in our extrusion plant.
FFS (Form, fill and seal). Automatic packaging system that firstly forms the container from the film and then fills it with the product to be contained before finally closing it by heat sealing. Primarily intended for heavy products and where maximum strength is required. The success of this film requires mastery of a very specific coextrusion technique. Special for the type of head and inserts (design of row and steps), for the formulation of its three layers (high-performance linear with maximum impact resistance and traction) and for the specific relations of blowing and collapsing.
We manufacture film coils for rubbish bag manufacturers in virgin or recycled raw material. Always in bilayer or trilayer structure, the good strength of our materials and their processability in production machines has been positively valued by our customers.
Having a recycling plant means we can ensure a reliable, stable and high-quality supply, with uniform density and fluidity levels. This combined with machinery especially adapted to the extrusion of recycled film allow us to offer guaranteed quality even in thicknesses of up to 11.5 mic in 100% recycled material. A very highly valued service in the sector.
